You and Inference Partners agree that these Terms are the complete and exclusive statement of the mutual understanding between you and Inference Partners and supersede all prior agreements and understandings relating to such subject matter. These Terms are governed by and will be construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to the conflicts of laws provisions thereof. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California. These Terms are binding on you as well as your successors and permitted assigns. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated, to the minimum extent necessary, so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
